spanish translation software

I'm looking for free software for spanish-english translation. Many times being online is not possible. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Btw, there are tons of programs to translate. I have a bunch of them. Many are far too large to send via email. The one that occurred to me is the smallest, since it is about the only one that would fit in an email. But it works great and I use it more than others.

Greetings, My former roomate in Key West bought me a program for my laptop called LogoTrans. It is very inexpensive and very good. The program has about seven different languages in it. I use it to cut and past messages to friends in Colombia. I also just purchased the Rosetta Stone program which I find fasinating. Good luck!
