I am living in Chapinero Alto and am looking for a private tutor who will come to my place for an hour and a half to two hours a day for several months. Had a very good teacher in Buenos Aires for 5 weeks, and my first teacher here in Bogota is not very solid. Now I know the difference!
Need someone very experienced, who has materials, a plan, handouts, a clear speaking voice, and a little personality wouldn't hurt...
