Spanish Grammar Book Review!

Hey all,

I am looking at buying a spanish grammar book to scrub up on my grammar.

I was wondering if anyone has used/read:
1. Advanced Spanish Grammar : A Self-Teaching Guide (Wiley Self-Teaching Guides) (Paperback)
by Marcial Prado

2. Schaum's Outline of Spanish Grammar (Paperback)
by Conrad J. Schmitt

I hear both are good.

If anyone has any experience with these, let me know your thoughts :)
