i had got a letter over the weekend saying our packet 3 had been mailed out october 13th .so we figured after 2 weeks it was lost ...so we downloaded the forms off the el salvador site and sent them dhl this morning of course when my fiance returns there is the packet 3 - the diffrence is we sent in the ds-2001 but the packet 3 had the of-156 istead of the ds-2001 ....should we resend the packet 3 with the correct forms we got today -- thanks

Second, a second checklist only runs the risk of confusion. I'm looking at my gf sitting on the sofa right this second, having never turned in an OF-156.
