Julian That depends. In what country do you hold citizenship?

Cómo fueque que fueque?? Oiga viejo Julian,
¿De dónde eres? Según lo que puedo entender, es que si se necesita visa para ir a mexico, pero de donde proviene sumerce? Eres chibchombiano? Tienes tarjeta de residencia?
Esos son mas o menos las características principales para saber si necesitas visa.

If you are Colombian without a US green card, yes, you need a visa. If you have a US green card, no visa is required. They will give you a tourist card just like a US citizen visiting Mexico.

Disclaimer: any comment I make is inane and is not to be taken seriously, and is so patently ridiculous that no one should take it seriously, even as an insult.

From the US I only know that From the U.S. You need a passport. From your country of origin. Unless you are Mexican with a greencard, then thats all you need.

If I understand your above post And you are a Colombian, residing in Colombia, with no lawful residency in the US, yes you need a visa.

Colombian nationals are not permitted to enter without obtaining a visa. With that I will say, Good Luck. From my understanding, it is actually harder for Colombians to obtain a visa for Mexico than than one for the US. I have heard that again and again from travel agents in Colombia.

You mentioned that you will be there for a few weeks. I don't know when you plan to begin your travel, but if I were you, I would not make any plans until you actually obtain the visa. This proccess does not come easily or quickly.
