2 sets of G-325a's... "Should things such as 'calle' and 'transversal' be translated on the G-325a for addresses and employers on my wife's form?"

I did not translate.

"Also, in the "this form is submitted in connection with application for" what should my wife put in this box? "other" petition for alien relative?? I assume i am going to mark other and put "petition for alien relative" no? "

This depends on what applications you are attaching these G-325a's...

You say you are newly wed, so I assume you are in the U.S. and applying for a K-3 as a NON-IMMIGRANT -- right? If so, then you will need 2 sets of G-325a's (8 pages in total). The first set goes with the I-130 application, the other set goes with the I-129F application.

So... Each set of G-325a's are for the 2 applications. For example, I used "other" and typed in the space next to it, "For K-3 / I-130" (and included them with the I-130 app) and "For K-3 / I-129F" (and included them with the I-129F app).

Hope this helps,

FG

De acuerdo, Senor Fred.

8 pages total! UC -- I actually screwed up on the G325a for the I-130 application. Not understanding that ALL 4 PAGES were part of the Bio Sheet. Not gonna worry about it, got the NOA1 for the I-130 and the NOA1 for the I-129F (which I correctly added all 4 pages of the G325a to the package). Just waiting for the NOA2 on the I-129F now....

I figure getting the RFE for the I-130 will take a while, and the I-129F will get processed and visa issued BEFORE dealing with the I-130 issues. Thank goodness I realized my problem and packaged the I-129F app correctly!

do not translate... Hello, do not translate the "calle" and "transversal", those have to match with your address in Colombia. In the field "this form is submitted in connection with application for", check "other", and type the Visa you are applying. If you need more help with this, go to visajourney.com and download the sample forms, they show you how to fill all the spaces.

Good luck
