Soccer Schedule

I am going to be in Colombia for most of July and August. I am trying to find a soccer match schedule for the first three weeks in July. Specifically, I am interestested in the Real Cartegena team as they play near Cartegena where we will be from about July 14th to 19th. I have tried searching for a schedule but have not had any luck. Help? Thanks

Real Cartagena plays 2nd division... last game for them was May 10 since they didn't make the semi-finals... I believe they don't get going again until the end of August.

see www.golgol.gol.net for further information Copa Premier is the 2nd division

romy, you're link doesn't work.

Anyone know the schedule this weekend in Medellin? If there is a game, I would love to get tickets and go.

They said I couldn't play football I was too small / They say I couldn't play basketball I wasn't tall / They say I couldn't play baseball at all / And now everyday of my life I ball.

In Envigado.. saturday against La Equidad. Should be an entertaining (though meaningless) match. Two young hungry teams, with minor chances at reaching the finals.

romy, what's the deal with buying tickets? I'll need 4-9 of them. Can I just go there and get them from a scalper?

I've never been to the stadium in Envigado... however for that many I would probably go to the ticket office. You shouldn't have a problem finding tickets, my concern is if seats are numbered a scalper cannot offer you that many tickets together. But in Colombia, all the stadiums that I've been to have certain sections that are general seating/standing so you could buy those and then just find room for your gang.

not La Equidad fans... that's the family oriented team. If any fans from La Equidad make it to the game, they will be a family of four... dad is a insurance broker, mom is a housewife, kids go to private school. they sit for most of the match, clap when there's a good play, perhaps stand if Equidad scores. leave the game happy win or lose.
