"So, what do you know about Bogota?" Y tu, Que sabes de Bogota?

I applaud whoever came up with Bogota's newer tourism slogan, it's brilliant.

Quíen sabe, I have a Spanish language keyboard.

However,if you are using VISTA and not XP (I use XP) try this to change to the United States-International layout. To enable the layout:

Select Control Panel from the Start menu.
Click Classic View.
Click Regional and Language Options.
Go to the Keyboards and Languages tab.
Click Change keyboards
Click Add... under Installed Services.
Make sure English (United States) (or another English language) is selected under
Input Language.
Select United States-International from the Keyboard layout/IME drop-down menu.
Click OK.
Click OK again.
Now click the language bar.
Select United States-International from the menu.

Type Alt-E for é for José, for example, Alt-N for ñ, ALT ? for ¿, ALT 1 for ¡ Bogotá just type ALT A to get á, hold down shift it is a capitol letter.
