Small code update today

Hi all,
I'm posting a code update with a bunch of improvements today.

It's mostly little stuff that's changed:

- Upon popular request, the 'edit' link on comments now really waits for an hour. Let me know if you have problems with it!
- The navigation at the top is changed a bit.
- new rules page. We worked on better rules with the moderators. The rules are pretty much the same but they're explained better.
- I got rid of the "link" and "picture" type post when you add a forum post. It wasn't really useful, you can still just post links and pictures the regular way.
- I also made the list of forums into a dropdown - it's a bit easier like that, less scrolling.
- Some little things like a spinner image next to a comment button when you leave a comment.
- new logo on the homepage. Just playing around with it.
- New homepage. It's simpler now.
- New footer. It's easier to navigate to other countries now I think.
- Bunch of other little changes.
- Fixed a problem with the printing of the travelguide.

Let me know what you think of any specific features - your comments and feedback help a LOT with deciding what to work on next :)

I just noticed the same thing, and it seemed that it was not directing to the recent posts for a few days, but rather also to the top.

why is colombia third from top to bottom? mexico and cuba are on top of colombia? shouldnt colombia be first since of all the countries its the one with the most posts and comments?

Still a problem for me!!!
