COLOMBIA

"There is some limited skiing on the volcanoes of the Los Nevados range, particularly on the southwest side of Nevado del Ruiz, where there is a convenient access road to 4900m. Most other areas of Colombia are at present very difficult or dangerous to access." I don't know more about skiin in Colombia. désolé :-).

Fly to Chile There's no real skiing in Colombia. There are places with snow on the ground at really high altitudes but Colombia has seen a decrease in snow in the last decade (global warming anyone?). You could hike and do a few turns on shitty snow but it's not going to be anything like what you have in France or Switzerland.

For real skiing everyone here flies to Chile and Argentina.

Water skiing? Plenty of opportunities to do some water skiing. Next to Cartagena, Barranquilla, Prado, well... in fact possible anywhere where you have a boat and a ski. Also possible in Venezuela. ;)
