Certificado I needed one too and I called my local province's (Canada)vital records office, where you get birth, marriage and death certificates, etc and they did a search for me and made me a "Certifcate of Non-Marital Status" with a seal and everything. So, if you live in the U.S.A., just call your local state registry office where you get these type of things and order one. They can rush it for you for a few extra bucks.

The USA does not... have such a document. Have someone that has known your for at least ten years write a letter stating that you are single and currently legally available to marry. Have it notarized and translated. I had mine (the translation) apostilled but probably didn't need to. I had my mother and Godmother sign mine.
