Since obviously no moderators are here ....

I could not care less about being scolded for pejoratively pointing out worthless posters and posts. However, I now cannot refer to them in a negative manner without having my account deleted (yes I have two strikes against me!). Thus, I will simply point out that Lostgringo posted some worthless real estate link in so many dead threads that he completely changed the first page of active posts. I ask you great and learned people of PBH - is it worse to call an *** an ***, or let the *** run wild?

well you are right about one thing, the moderators are never around when they should be and even when they are around they allow some real crap to be posted.

Why should they be here 24/7? They don't post the crap.

I say it again, we need new moderators and I know some want to keep their friends in place.

I posted useless real estate links? Dead links? If I did this I was not aware they were useless or dead links. I changed the first page of posts? Aaron why not bring this to my attention so I can change what I am doing wrong instead of airing this out in an open post/forum?

Some people take this site far to seriously, something worthless and pointless to you might not be to someone else. The moderators can´t be baby sitting 24/7, some poeple on here think they have the right to say what should and what shouldn´t be written.

Don´t argue with me today, ha ha, giving up smoking!! Mainly due to what Scotty is going through.

Jack, one thing - English reading comprehension is a good thing. The post is a sarcastic jab at the mods. Notice the alliteration and exclamation points? These are oft used literary tools to denote frivolity. Were they too pointed? Like I said, I could not care less.

Lostgringo, you did not realize they were dead? Hahaha - good one!

The only real question/statement is in the last sentence, and that is obviously tongue-in-cheek ... talk about taking things too seriously...

Actually, spamming the forum is pretty annoying and the mods should worry more about that than demoting controversial threads.

We get it. You have cheap apartments. You don't have to post the same thing in twenty threads.

* did the acquisition go through in new york? i know debt financing was supposedly coming from either deutchbank or merrill lynch. i think there might have been some problems with the bond issuance. alot of investors are nervous these days and some of the big banks can't clear their lines of credit adequately. however, i figured a deal in the 8 figure range would be a piece of cake ;)
