Just so you get at least one honest answer, paisas cannot be generalized like that. Some like this, others like that. Like any woman, they like guys to look good, so if you look good with a tan, go for it. You won't win a girl over just be having a tan.

Oh yeah I forgot about shaving back hair. This is really important especially if you and your new found paisa head off to the coast.

I remember being contantly harrassed by women wanting to braid my hair, finally I relented, and the woman started braiding away, not my head but my back! Man it looked funny with little brightly coloured rubber bands all over my back, talk abbout the exotic look!

Oh and cut your toenails otherwise people will keep coming up to you in the street asking to cut them for a small fee, very enterprising people on the coast.
