Shirt makers in Bogota? Leather shops?

I'm leaving to Bogota next week and I'm going to be travelling pretty light. I've heard that you can have custom shirts made quite reasonably. I want to go somewhere that will have a decent fabric selection. Any recommendations on where I should go?

Also, I'd like to get a new pair of leather shoes or boots as I've heard they can be found very reasonably as well. Recommendations?

Thanks

For leather shoes got to Barrio El Restrepo, Cra 20 No.17-13 Sur Teléfono 2782538
for leather jackets go to 7 de Agosto Dirección, Calle 63F No.23-45

But, I'm going to start making some assumptions here.... Which means I might actually end up making an ass out of myself ..........Thu 04 17, 2008 11:34 am

Thanks! I obviously don't know my way around Bogota at all but if I give these addresses to a cab driver, they will have no problems finding it?

7 de Agosto is a good area for jackets, I've been there many times although I only have 2 of them myself. The taxi drivers can get you there, no problem with that.
