I'm leaving to Bogota next week and I'm going to be travelling pretty light. I've heard that you can have custom shirts made quite reasonably. I want to go somewhere that will have a decent fabric selection. Any recommendations on where I should go?
Also, I'd like to get a new pair of leather shoes or boots as I've heard they can be found very reasonably as well. Recommendations?
Thanks
