Sexual Harrasment, Not only in Colombia

No problems so far, the immigration agent told the American citizen and his 22-year-old Colombian wife at her green card interview in December. After he stapled one of their wedding photos to her application for legal permanent residency, he had just one more question: What was her cellphone number?

She reluctantly agreed to a future meeting. But when she tried to leave his car, he demanded oral sex “now,? to “know that you’re serious.? And despite her protests, she said, he got his way.

Caso de chantaje sexual a colombiana revela nivel de corrupción en servicio de inmigración de E.U.

"Quiero sexo.

The point is that if in Colombia rains, elsewhere does too. That sexual harrasment and racial discrimination elsewhere is not as controlled as it want to be portraied.

But, I'm going to start making some assumptions here.... Which means I might actually end up making an ass out of myself ..........Thu 04 17, 2008 11:34 am

Emperors Club
On its Web site, the company displays photographs of the prostitutes' bodies, with their faces hidden, along with hourly rates depending on whether the prostitutes were rated with one diamond, the lowest ranking, or seven diamonds, the highest.

A three-diamond prostitute would cost $1,000 per hour, while the Icon Club allowed access to the most highly ranked prostitutes at $5,500 an hour, prosecutors said.

Authorities said the defendants arranged connections between wealthy men and more than 50 prostitutes in New York, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Miami, London and Paris.

The Green Card process needs to be more laxed, when it comes to a woman from Colombia
or other laces like Colombia.
In Colombia if a woman is Pregnant she can not find a Job, as they wont hire her, thats why the make a woman take a pregnancy test before the hire her in Colombia.

Also should a woman be deported that has children, Colombia does very little to enforce child support , and child support payments in Colombia range from 50,000 peso to 200,000
per month for most women here.
The men here spend that much on Dominos and cereveza a weekend.

I agree, its a horrible thing. But on the other side of the story we have a woman who: Overstayed her tourist visa for years, not months or days. Was given the chance to make it all right when she married an American citizen just under a year ago, has been questioned on her involvement in money laundering...nothing was proven or found... and now says that this piece of shit 'forced' her to give him head? I read she met this guy outside working hours, took a relative with her and yet managed to 'get forced' ? and that she went and met him again after having the recording? Is it just me, or does this sound a bit iffy?
It sounds to me that this woman just wants her green card and will do anything to get it, I say deport the skank and give that green card to someone who truly deserves it.

msaucey says on Mar 22, 14:04:

The NY Times version covers it pretty well... sort of... the jist of the situation.... Yes, she gave him a BJ right then and there in the car, because she had to appear the next day and didn't want to jeopardize that appointment.... But, after that encounter, she told her 2 family members, the 2nd meeting was a sting operation.... That's why he was arrested exiting the restaurant.... Sounds like her husband is livid and hasn't returned home after she gave this guy a BJ...

Cerealkiller says on Mar 22, 14:12:

I read that she didn't tell him and he just overheard a conversation she had with one of her cousins. He left and hasn't been seen since...that's when she came forward. So all I can do is think...what if she hadn't gotten caught by the husband, would she have come clean? I don't think so. And yes, Msaucey, I agree they should deport the bastard as well. Its a shame that people put their families and careers at risk for sex...I read the fucker is a single father too...poor child.

Cerealkiller says on Mar 22, 14:33:

hahaha Msaucey that would probably be the case, but in all seriousness I think that her being an opportunistic skank doesn't offend me as much as fucking up and then playing victim. Seriously, if her giving head to the officer destroyed her marriage then shit, she should have taken responsibility for it. I just don't see how anyone is forced to give a BJ unless guns are involved. Didn't he leave explicit messages on her voicemail? what other proof did she need? I just think that if you're going to cheat (on hubby or legal matters) you should do it right... sloppiness is a luxury no one can afford when involved in shady biz.

Yep CK. I was saying the same thing to somebody earlier today. I think this is the case where two scumbags came together and one just happened to outwit the other. Even so, that guy is a real piece of shit. As I said, immigrants are always the ones to screw over their own people.

I have had the displeasure of dealing with the corrupt and inefficient scum at USCIS. They all have accents thicker than molasses so it's obvious they're immigrants, but since they're already here, they could care less about helping other potential immigrants. Instead they look for ways to rip them off. I am not just saying that they are corrupt out of bitterness. I had a referral given to me about a USCIS lawyer that would expedite my case for a bribe. Just think how many people are in colussion with this chick. She's lucky that she never actually called me up because I was planning on recording the conversation and giving it to the FBI. Our case happened to get approved before she could get in touch with me.

CG--You hit the nail Square on the Head with your last sentence. Here in Miami, I see the Cubans doing this all the time to the other Immigrant Groups, Colombians included. For some strange reason, they think they have a higher Rank in the Pecking Order of Immigrants by Virtue of the fact they were born Cuban. During my workyears out at the Miami Federal Detention center known infamously as "Krome" I observed daily the Cuban Deportation Officers employed there(there were a lot) doling out special rights and favors to Cuban Detainees, most of whom were Criminal Mariels and Felones to boot(drug dealers, Rapists, Pedophiles). These mariel Cubans came to the US in the early 80s, committed some pretty serious crimes and were sent to jail for 10-20 years. When they were released from Prison, they were sent to Krome as they at that time, couldn't be returned to Cuba since we have no formal relations with Cuba and therefore No Deportation Accords with Castro. Too Bad! Same for the main US Immigration Office here in Miami located at 79st&Biscayne blvd. The Adjudication Officers(mostly cubans) always gave the Cuban migraints/applicants the benefit of the doubt and an "Approved Stamp" while stamping the papers of Colombians, Haitians "Rejected" and give them a one way ticket home with a 10 year exclusion from returning to the US if it was for something minor, say, as working without papers ect. Recently they detained a Peruvian Couple right there at the main Office and never even left them return to their home to finalize personal matters. At MIA, when Cubans arrived illegally(no ID, Passport, Visa) on a plane from a 3rd country like the Bahamas, Venezuela ect no questions asked and they get to stay ; if it was someone from Colombia, Haiti ect arriving without so much as a Passport or Visa, they would have been put on the Next Plane back to Bogota. There definetely is is a Double Standard(and unjust) when it comes to US Immigration Policy,,,

the truth is miamimike that mosr minority groups come from countries where being rascist is normal..we in our cicvilised countries dont seem to realise how rascist and unfair other countries are...in india that caste system is a completely rascist system and the lowest casts are not even allowed to touch the food of the higher caste...america and england are the least rascist countries and yet we keep being informed about how rascist we are from people that come from countries 20 times worse than out own....who are the real rascists
