Cali probably is the worst place for machoism but a right hook to the jaw sometimes resolves the problem. Cant remember which town or city, probably Bogota, there was a case recently when a cyclist slapped the bum of a women whilst passing her, she was walking on the pavement or sidewalk and she screamed asault ! good for her I say, anyway the guy was taken to court and got his due penalty, and now is probably been seen to by mister big who is in with the inner sanctum, como "Capadocia"

Is her boss the ultimate boss of the whole company, or can he get shat on from above by his superiors?

Who knows, a quick letter on a lawyer's letterhead might put a stop to it. Or it might make things worse.

I don't know how commited you are with your girlfriend. Let's say you get involved in this situation, even just by advising her, and her employment ends. You may very likely be asked to underwrite her financially until she starts working again.

Just putting this out there, not knowing your situation with your girlfriend. , she could be scamming you. Is your relationship only an on-line relationship or have you met in person. It is possible you are being told about her boss ( if she even has a job) sexually harassing her because she is waiting for you to say just quit your job and I will send you the difference each month. Men want to protect our significance others, add in the fact someone is making advances towards your woman and you will rise to the occasion and tell her to quit, and begin sending money. This would be the perfect scam because it will be you who suggests she quit and send her money. I am sure I am completely wrong about you being scammed but thought I would put it out there.

Sexual harassment is a huge issue in Colombia and many women have to sleep with the boss just to get the job in the first place.
