Sending money to Colombia

My wife like to use RIA they charge 4% and give excellent exchange rate. Western Union charges a bit more but get you on the exchange rate as well.

RIA has always worked well and it's pretty convinient here as well as in Colombia....

I wonder how they are on the exchange rate. The reason I like RIA is the give great exchange rates. Western Union can be done for cheaper; but, they tax you by giving poor exchange rates.

The best option would be to give my Mother-in-Law an ATM card. My terco espousa doesn't want to do that though. Sigh.

I probably .. maybe seen it before, but... I'm drawing a blank;
What does the 'RIA' stand for?

It's just a company to wiring money...think Western Union.

You see it at a lot of the Mexican tiendas in Louisiana.

Not to my knowledge. I will look around a bit next time we go to the tienda to send the money. There is a giant poster I'd be willing to bet there is a weblink.
