sending mail from colombia to USA

Hi all...well i usually send pacakages from the U.S. to medellin using servientrega and ive never had a problem...to use servientrega to send a simple letter from medellin to the U.S. costs around 35 dollars, but it gets to calif in a matter of days. Using normal mail takes forever sometimes like a month...Anyone use any other reliable service to send simple documents from colombia to the U.S.? a service that will get the document to its destination within a week or two? and one that doesnt cost soo much?

tommyesq... check with Arthur Brode; I think he might have a resource that he claims is guaranteed and less expensive. With Servientrega's current rates, surely someone in the rest of the private sector should soon be stepping forward with new guaranteed service.
