Seeking to purchase new construction or unused condo in El poblado

Just got back to the USA from a trip to Medellin and fell in love with the city so much that I want to buy a place there. I need help finding a place, preferably in the El Poblado area since I am familiar with it. Looking for a nice luxury apartment with nice views and to pick it up preconstruction or if already constructed then one that has not been lived in at a nice price. Can anyone point me to the right direction? It's been a little difficult conducting a search on the internet from the states.
