Seeking 3rd roommate for Penthouse-level apartment, great view, Laureles (Medellin)

Hi folks,

Im moving from my current pad to a newer, very nice apartment in the estadio/florida nueva/laureles area within the next few weeks.

Here are some of the attractive features of the building/apartment (Edificio Los Duques)

1.) Top floor (10th) = great view
2.) Nice building, with porterias, very secure
3.) 3 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom
4.) Office, Living Room, Kitchen
5.) 2 balconies, and 1 giant terrace overlooking Medellin, beautiful view
6.) Fully functioning sauna
7.) 2 respectful, down to earth American guys to live with!

The rent would be VERY reasonable, it is $780,000/month total which would be divided by the 3 of us, making it only $260,000 pesos per person, plus another $75,000 pesos/person/month for utilities.

We have our own furniture for our rooms, but we will be purchasing a fridge, tables, kitchen and housewares, etc etc.
