Search: Room or apt in Cali in Dec.

Arriving in Cali in late December and will need to find a long term flat or apartment. Would consider moving in with others, or taking my own pad. Let me know if you have a room in a flat, or a reasonably priced apartment, that is due to appear at end Dec/early Jan. Cheers.
