Search: Realtors in Santa Marta

Hi,

I am still looking for a property to buy in Santa Marta, and it have been kind of hard to find what i really want. I already spoke with one realtor who is looking for something for me there but today I got a new Realtor referral, my question is:

Can I use two Real Estate agents at the same time to look for a property on the same small town? or is this a big NO NO?
