i am looking at buying some property in this region of antioquia... lakefront preferably... it seems to be taking off... this city is producing an increasing amount of wealthy people combined with returning colombians from us and europe prices are rocketing for fincas...
does anyone know how to get in touch with any real estate agents... or any other reputable sources for info..
cheers, kelvin

I would like to know what a Finca goes for outside of bogota near the autopista sur. I've gone to Melgar that way and there are some beautiful farms out there and it is close to Bogota, maybe an hour drive. Anyways I'll ask my brother in law there if he can look an agent up in the phone book for you. Oh, try here: http://www.escapeartist.com/colombia/colombia.htm
