Search: Opinions on Bucaramanga hotels

I am looking for opinions on the following hotels in Bucaramanaga. If you've ever stayed, known anyone who has stayed, or can comment on the location (safe? close to shopping and nightlife?) based on address, I'd appreciate it. Would like to hear feedback on cleanliness, safety, or anything else that is noteworthy. Thanks!

2. Hotel Principe
Carretera 17 No 37-69

3. Hotel Andino

4. Hotel Ruitoque

5. Hotel Guane

LM

1. Hotel Bucarica IT DOESNT EXIST ANYMORE
Carr 19 Calle 35 Esquina

2. Hotel Principe IT'S UNEXPENSIVE AND VERY SIMPLE BUT CLEAN AND i HEARD THE SERVICE IS GOOD. IT'S IN THE DOWNTOWN SO I WOULD RECOMMEND TO TAKE TAXIS TO WHEREVER YOU ARE GOING AND BACK... TAXIS ARE JUST 1.25 USD.
Carretera 17 No 37-69

3. Hotel Andino THE SAME... IN THE DOWNTOWN SO YOU NEED TO TAKE TAXIS, BUT IS NICE, CLEAN AND NOT THAT EXPENSIVE
Calle 34 No. 18-44

4. Hotel Ruitoque THE SAME.
Cra. 19 No. 37 - 26

5. Hotel Guane I'VE ACTUALLY STAY THERE WHEN i WAS LIVING IN B/MANGA AND MY FIANCE (NOW HUSBAND) CAME TO VISIT. ITS PRETTY FINE AND A LITTLE EXPENSIVER THAN THE OTHERS... I DONT KNOW IF IT WORKS THE EXTRA MONEY THOUGHT.
Calle 34 No. 22 - 72

In my opinion Bucaramangas downtown isnt very nice... its not recommendable to walk much around those areas after certain hours. And its pretty crowded during the days. But the hotels in the other areas are very expensive.

Anyway the last time we were in B/manga we found this hotel in the nice are (cabecera) but that is incredibly unexpensive. It isnt any fancy and the rooms are pretty small but for 17 usd in that area... it was more than perfect!. The name is hotel palonegro. I dont know the phone number so you would have to look online, they have 2 locations. One is on the "Calle 48 #26-something" and the other is "Calle 48 # 27-something). If you chose it stay at the one in the 27th... its just a block but you can see the difference in the area.
