Search: Info about apts for sale in Ctga

My wife and I would like to buy a nice apartment (maybe one bedroom)in Cartegena. It has be in a nice location overlooking the Ocean. What is the range of price that we should expect to pay? And does anyone know any reputable and honest developer /realter who may help us with our purchase? Any help is appreciated.

Juan Paul is a good guy. I bought my place in Laguito from Juan Ventura. Pricing can vary widely. You are looking at roughly 1.5 to 2 million pesos per square meter for existing good buildings. New construction costs much more.
