My wife and I would like to buy a nice apartment (maybe one bedroom)in Cartegena. It has be in a nice location overlooking the Ocean. What is the range of price that we should expect to pay? And does anyone know any reputable and honest developer /realter who may help us with our purchase? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

There are many projects to look and see and in all price ranges. Check out Juan Paul Realty as he is well recommended and very helpful. I dealt with Spazio Urbano, www.spazio urbano.com developer of the project.
