Apartment is better You can get a better deal for 4 people out of renting an apartment for 35 to 50 dollars a day on a nice area, close to the beach. Apartastudios are much cheapper.

You can search Cartagena Colombia in yahoo or google and you will get several options.

more info There are some places called Pensionado, which is like a family house where they rent rooms to sleep, some are nice houses on nice areas, the owners need some money for house maintenence and they do it on the high season time (vacation time) so they make some money, it is normally pretty cheap, and if you guys don't mind to sleep on the same bedroom, they have up to 4 beds on the same room.

It is an option for cheap traveling. :-)
