Search: Engineer needs a 2 BR apt in NY
I am asking my fellow Colombians in Queens, New York whether they have any place available for rent.
I am Looking for a DECENT place to live. Two adults and 2 small, school-age kids will occupy apartment.
I have a steady Professional job, excellent credit, superb references and I take care of the property as if it was my own.
The place must be quiet, safe, clean and close to transportation.
Looking to move in as soon as possible.

I've tried to find something somewhat decent but I haven't had any luck, and the Real Estate postings have been overtaken, and are now ruled by RE Agencies and brokers. That SUCKS BIG TIME. That's why I have resorted to get a more personal referral from any fellow Colombian or American at this site.
