I would like to rent an apartment with the following criteria:
I prefer Barrio 1. Centinario 2. Granada
1.1 or 2 bedroom; 1 or 2 bathroom / Furnished
2.Utilities included: Air-conditioning, electric, gas, hot water, local telephone
3.Administration, with fees included
4.Security with controlled entry into building
5.Hi-rise building with apartment on higher floor, balcony
6.I prefer a private condo residence for rent. No public rental apartment complex.
7.Price? 750mil – 1,000,100mil COP.
It is my desire to have the unit for 6 -7-8 months beginning in 1 November.
Please forward information/pictures on various units as soon as possible. We can coordinate a time for me to arrive in Cali to preview some units. Thank you for your assistance.
