Search: Apt in Cali for 3 months

I am looking for an 1-2BR apartment in Cali. I will come for 3 month. Which barrio is best? I don't like condos, I prefer colonial style buildings. The apartment should have at least 10ft ceilings. How much +/- if I rent month by month?

SAFE I LIVE NEXT TO THE MAJESTIC SAN ANTONIO CHURCH THAT SITS ON THE HILL TOP.AT NIGHT YOU SEE LOVERS HOLDING HANDS AND KISSING THERE.PEOPLE CONGREGATE OUTSIDE THE CHURCH DURING THE EVENINGS AND ON THE WEEKENDS THEY HAVE ACTIVITIES AND TYPICAL FOOD WITH ARTESANIA KIOSKS.SAN ANTONIO IS LIKE A BOHEMIAN COMMUNITY WITH ARTIST AND PAINTERS.ITS ALSO A POOR NEIGHBORHOOD.I WILL KEEP ON THE LOOKOUT FOR AN APT.IF I SEE SOMETHING I WILL LET YOU KNOW.
