sorry for the late response, I do not rent it to large groups. Only 1 or 2 people or sometimes a couple and their child etc. And I disagree, the rate is extremely CHEAP. If you travel Colombia south america then you know any nice place costs a minimum of $100 a night. My clients that have stayed there ALL feel it is a great deal. This is not a youth hostel or some middle of the road hotel with a room and a bath or $35,000 pesos a night. This is a nice place to stay if that is what you are looking for.
