Search: Apt in Bogota, internet, 1 wk, ASAP

Maybe this is a long shot, but I need an apartment in Bogota for about a week. My friend has been very flaky lately and others have provided nothing but empty promises... but I'll leave that discussion for another day.
I am currently in Cali and staying with Pete who has a great Internet connection and a wonderful apartment. And, he's a great guy.
However, I need to spend a week in Bogota and I need to work. This means I need a fast, high-speed, unlimited internet situation where I can plug in my laptop and my VOIP phone.
I would prefer the north (Norte) or Chapinero. A bedroom with a bathroom would be great.

Although I haven't seen Bob's apartments, I CAN say that he's a stand-up guy. I've ordered flowers from him a few times, and he gives very personal attention to each order. I'd stay at his places in a heartbeat.
