Search: accomodation & furniture in Cali

Polarskim, the local newspaper, El Pais has plenty of classified ads selling used furniture. It's usually families that are moving selling everything very cheap. Sometimes you see ads of gringos moving back and selling every household item including fridges and washing machines.

Other than that, I haven't seen any second-hand furniture stores. Anybody else?

1.Second hand furnitured store in Cali is not common. Better is to have the time to read-as Desi said-el Pais.com ("clasificados" section). If you're Spanish is basic you could search your self.

2.About accomodation: what do you look for? for how long time? which part of the city?. I have a studio located in a 5 th floor building/condo to rent for USD 330per month, unfornitured(USD 150 deposit) in south Cali.

Go to Casa de Remates They have good quality used furniture and appliances. It's located across the street from the Clinica Seguro Social Rafael Uribe Uribe in the north just off Avenida de Las Americas (Tercera Norte). Great stuff there. Good luck -TNC
