Just suppose,one day you are a Surgeon and working
in the E.R. ,and they bring in 4 people who are in
critical condition,all 4 have basically the same type
of wounds and all would require the same medical care
to be treated,but the hospital only has enough units of
blood to save 2 of these people,which 2 would you choose
to save,and which 2 do you let die. These 4 wounded people are.

Tell me which 2 would save and why?

in this country the chances are all four could and would be cared for in a ER. if the ER didnt have enough blood the remaining patients would be moved to another ER.
