Does anyone know if any of the consulates in Medellin will process a visa application (For Colombiana) without one having to go to Bogota for an interview?
I just tried Spain, no luck. Calling some of the others - inconclusive or no answer. These consulates have the most ridiculous hours (Like only in the morning, some for 2 hours!)
...the voice message for France seems to indicate that one needs to go to Bogota.
Belgium / Belgica - Bogota only? - 112k
Germany / Alemania
Austria
Italy
France
Spain - 162k
Sweden / Suecia
I noticed the fees are different too...
Looked into the visa service by Aviatur...ridiculous prices!
