Scheduled Consulate Interview Dates

Recently, a friend asked how to find scheduled visa interview dates at the US embassy in Bogota on the Internet. Last year when I was anticipating the upcoming K1 interview for my fiance, I found it: but it was pretty difficult to track down. The beneficiaries will be notified by mail of the scheduled interview dates and times, but this Internet link will give those who need it, more time to plan.

That list is just bogus. When my husband had his interview back in October, his appointment was for Thursday for a CR1 visa, that list had him for a Monday for a K1. It's very unreliable.

It was reliable for me / us. And I can confirm that 2 other people who had appointments on the same day as we did were correctly scheduled on the posted list. Anyway, I meant it as a "heads up" to give people a couple of weeks more notice to be able to plan for the interview. Obviously, if you get an appointment day posted on the link, and then your beneficiary gets their paperwork 2 weeks later and it has a different date, go with the paperwork. But Mono, you are the first person to tell me the list was not accurate - though I do not doubt your personal experience in the least.
