The ride on the moto-bruja sure is a lot of fun, but the town itself needs to be developed more. I don't want it turned into a tourist-trap hellhole, but a real building or two wouldn't hurt!! I did enjoy the pan de coco which they sell on sundays, which was friggin delicious.

3 foot deep ?? I bet you didn't read the signs http://www.flickr.com/photos/gigo6000/3024975697/ , the two places I went "charco oscuro" and "sabaletas" have about 33 and 40 feet deep each, not too much but it was fun anyway. And yeah the village is very poor I hope it gets better.

the coolest scuba diving, for me at least, is the most dangerous: diving inside of wrecks on the ocean floor, and diving inside of caves. both of those are very cool :)

actually i have never scuba dived) in my life, I am just basing my opinions on what i have seen on discovery channel documentaries :) I have snorkeled a lot, in Cancun, the Sinai Peninsula of Egypt, and in Cartagena. But obviously scuba diving is a totally different experience and i would love to try it some day.
