I hear that... ... the Decameron hotels in SAI are pretty cool, plus you have access to all of them if you stay in one.

My experience... I did exactly that trip last August with my boyfriend. We left from Cali and used Viajes Oxigeno 552-3535. It was a very last minute kind of trip b/c we had been looking for days but there had not been any flights available. For some reason, it wasn't as easy as I thought it would be to book that trip. Everyone travels in August I guess.

That morning we got word that there was room on a flight leaving that night and we grabbed it. We were looking for Decameron, but the only thing available was El Dorado, all inclusive. It was not our first choice, but we really enjoyed ourselves, and I would definitely go back. The food was excellent and the staff was amazing, we even went partying with a couple of the hotel dancers and had a blast. We paid a little under 1 millon COP for both for a five day stay, and we compared with many other people that we met and that was about the average price for that week which was considered peak. My parents went off-peak and they paid half.

If you'd like more specifics, I'd be happy to oblige.

Unfortunately, there is no website that I can give you.

DonGringo You said,"Now the hot spots for Colombians is not SAI but Panama and Margarita ISL, Aruba"
Do you came out with that assertion because you met 1,000 Colombians recently and they all told you the same thing that San Andres Island is not the hot spot, or it's because you conducted an independent survey and consequently the results are indeed "The hot spots for Colombians is NOT SAI but Panama and Margarita ISL, Aruba"
Or do you work for a travel agency? I am just curious as to how you came out with that info
