I am going to be in San Andres February 5 through 10. I have read online about what to do, Johnny Cay, where to eat, so on and so forth. But I want some suggestions from you folks. Those that have been, what should I not miss.
My girlfriend and I (she is from Bogota) are staying at Hotel Casablanca. It wasn't our first choice, but after looking online, I am quite excited. It is a relaxing trip for us, so we do not plan on being on the go the entire time. Thanks for any input.

They take you around the island and stop at many nice places. Then after the tour you can go back in your rental car or take a taxi. The "blow hole" is cool. There was a cave they took us to that was interesting. I also always recommend that people see the live shows at the hotels. They are "old school" variety shows with talented young locals dancing around. We saw shows at our hotel, hotel arena blanca and at the hotel el dorado on the beach. You should also do snorkeling at the "aquarium". This is a small island about a quarter mile off shore with a food shack and an awesome little reef you can safely snorkel at.
