Same Problem with calling Medellin.

Hi Everbody..I also have been having problems calling Medellin in the last 2 weeks.
It really drives me nuts.Whether its raining or not, my connection is ranges from about 50% clear to nothing at all. Many days I only get a busy signal type sound all day, but no ones on the phone. The busy signal is is a real fast beep beep beep,basically meaning the call did not go through. I dont know. Just wondering if anybody else has had similar problems like that recently.Thaks
