Salary and taxes English Teacher

I found a job for an institute that specializes in Business English for companies in Medellin. This would probably mean that i have to go to companies to teach a group of executives. I probably get a monthly wage and not per hour. I was looking on the internet and saw some jobs for 2.000.000 COP for a month (25 hours a week) which were considered low. Some others 3.000.000 COP up to even 5.000.000 COP a month for a contract.

I was aiming at around 3.000.000 COP (30 hours) what do you think is this reasonable, too much, or should i go for more? Furthermore does anybody of you know anything about taxes here in Colombia. If I earn 3.000.000 COP how much tax would i have to pay approximately. I saw rates of 30% but that seems very high to me.
