I have a 2 bedroom house in Sabaneta that rents for $100 a month. (nothing fancy but super cheap) I am moving to Indonisia in a month or two permenatly. I rent it from a friends and the rent is cheap and most important NO lease. I am selling beds TV, chairs, fridge, stove, etc. So you may be interested in some dirt cheap living stuff, sharing the place for a month or two then taking it over.
