Rumours of an Indian restaurant finally landing in Medellin

Today I popped into 'La Indra' in Poblado thinking I had struck gold in my persuit of an Indian restaurant. Unfortunatly, the menu wasnt indian.

However, the owner insisted there was now an Indian restaurant somewhere higher up the mountain... perhaps Las Palmas.

Can anyone confirm this?

I wonder how that will fly there. I'm thinking people will try it as a novelty, but don't know in the long term. Personally I love Indian food.

Chinese in Medellin is marginally better than in Turkey.

But, let's not give up hope that some real Indians have set up shop. And let's find them goddamit. They need our help.

Monpirri - two Chinese restaurants in Medellin and one in Bogota - awful. In medellin one is below P lleres on Ave Poblado; the other I tried was Near to Park Envigado. The one in Bogota was down on 82 from in Zona Rosa, almost at 15th street.

There is a great Chinese restaurant in Usequen.

I will try my luck with one in Rodadero 2nite!

No, bickers, not in Santa Marta, you will be dissapointed. Do not waste your money in a SM chinese restaurant.

I was in one in Barranquilla a couple of years ago and it was excellent. Do not the name or location, as I am not too familiar with Barranquilla.

Asia on Las Palmas is quite salty (expensive) - like Calmex (or is it MexCal - Mexican food) which is on Las Palmas going down on the west side of the road.
