Rosario Tijeras - Now Playing in Mexico.

It opened a couple of weeks ago in Mexico. Just saw it Saturday night. Excellent movie but no English subtitles. wwwRosario.Tijeras.com for more info.

Did you expect it to have English subtitles in a spanish-speaking country like Mexico?

No, not really... All of the movies from Hollywood are in English there with Spanish subtitles though.

Yeah, Simon, you are right, but i guess they dont want... to market their movie and make some money in an english-speaking market as large as the US. and, reading subtitles while listening to the movies language is a great way to learn another language....again, wouldnt want it to be educational either...silly people, those "Americans"....and, it has yet to even be marketed in the "other America" either.....=)

Just my opinion...

You should have started a protest First, overstay your tourist visa in Mexico. Then, complain loudly that you have a right to watch movies in Mexico in English, for free. Demand a) a comfy velvet chair with a flag holder in which you fly the flag of your home country and b) all the soda you can drink and popcorn you can eat. When you get a tummy ache from eating too much or perhaps from the decrepit water supply, be sure to exercise your right to free, top-quality medical care, too.

Tinto, you notice that last week it was the Mexican flag flying. and now it is only the American flag flying! Instant Patriotism!! i though INS should have taken an oppurtunity to round up a lot of people!....

Just my opinion...
