Rooms in Large Penthouse Apt in North Bogota Available in November

I am not in the real estate biz nor looking to make money. I have a nice place in North Bogota. But plans changed and I'll be out of Bogota. I need to honor a lease, so this would help lower costs.

It's a 3 bedroom & 3 full bath duplex penthouse. (Duplex is a 2 floor apt.) As it's on the top floor, there is a decent view from every room, as well as the balcony. You can see mountains outside Bogota on a clear day. There are also amazing lightning shows visible just outside the city on a regular basis in the evenings. This is a new building, with new instant water heater, stove, etc. There is a small gym, jacuzzi, sauna, turco, swimming pool, childrens' playground, and a mini-golf course. The building has excellent security with round the clock, multiple security guards, motion sensors on the perimeter fences and cameras on every floor. There is a master bedroom available, with its own bath, and a smaller bedroom with its full bath in the hall. Bedrooms have carpet. Living room/dining area has wood floors, with vaulted wood ceiling. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite counters. Closets are nicely organized with wood shelves, drawers and racks. For now, the apt has high-speed cable Internet with WiFi and unlimited local calling.

Disclaimers:

First, the place is unfurnished. So, not really for short-term visitors. This is for folks who plan to stay long term and acquire their own furnishings. (I have a large vehicle, so I can help with moving furniture you have or purchase.)

Second, this is located well into North Bogota. This is not for those who need to be downtown or want to be close to as many Americanized shops as possible. If you want to step out the door and walk to McD's, this is not for you. 10 to 15 minute ride from Parque 93 or Zona Rosa. This is an upper middle class, fairly calm, family-oriented neighborhood. Yet, it is only a couple blocks from a small shopping mall and supermarket, and near plenty of transportation and traditional restaurants.

It is for someone looking for a calm life in a relatively quiet area, removed from heavy commercial activity, traffic and noise. You would pretty much have the apt all to yourself, since I don't plan to be in town. Essentially, you'd be getting a very nice apt for the cost of a room. Though if interested in the whole place, we might work something out. As far as cost, I am happy to negotiate something reasonable based on the individual situation.

PM me if interested or with any questions. Thanks!
