Excellent location, just above Oviedo, easy walking distance to Parque Lleras, etc.
Spacious apartment, 128m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional visitors’ toilet. The slightly larger room with excellent view is going for 475,000 pesos per month. The slightly smaller room is going for 400,000 pesos per month.
Prices include all bills.
I’m in the process of furnishing it, at the moment it has a brand new fridge/freezer, washing machine, small table on the balcony, oh and obviously beds. Broadband should arrive any time now. A big sofa is next on the cards.
Personally, I think these are excellent prices, so, I’m looking for reasonably long-term rent, not someone on holiday for 3 weeks.
Ring me on 301 286 9409.
