Room(s) available in large penthouse in Medellin

Hey everybody,

I have a very nice appartment in Envigado, close to the Exito and the metro. I am looking for somebody to rent out two of the rooms (one as office, one as bedroom). It is a big 4 room apartment (200m2) on the 5th (highest) floor with a huge terrace and a nice view over the mountains.The barrio is El Portal which is very nice and quiet neighbourhood and close to the Central park of Envigado (5 min walking). The appartment is fully furnished with high speed Wifi internet (700/256), washing machine, TV, DVD player etc. and in a secured building.

Envigado is close to Poblado (7-8) minutes by metro or taxi) and a very nice area. Price is 800.000 per month for both rooms (one as office, one as bedroom). The bedroom has its own door to the terrace and the other has a desk/chair etc. Both have their own private shower/toilet with hot water. The price includes all servicios. Ik denk dat ik op de universiteit 3 maanden wil gaan studeren daar.
