Roommate Wanted

In case you're trying to come across a decently priced room in Bogota, my roommate and I (both American) are looking for someone to move in with us. The place is pretty much immediately available.

We're on 15th at 82nd, right next to all the fun, yet at a convenient distance so as to be able to sleep (if your work schedule or personal convenience calls for it) on weekend nights; that also means there's public transportation going all over town within a three block radius.
We have hot water, cable, internet and a telephone line; plus the added convenience of a washer and a pretty large refrigerator. All living room furniture and decoration has been provided by us.

If you're interested just drop me a line or call.

Room Wanted Hello there, I'm interested in finding a place to stay for 3 weeks...

Is there a room available at your place, or is it a room to share? Furnished?
How much are you asking for it?

Any extra info would be great... Thank you.

A room in our apartment Sorry about that, should have specified. It's a 3 bedroom apartment and we currently have a spare room. The room isn't furnished but the rest of the apartment is. I do own a sleeper sofa (pull-out bed) we could pull into the bedroom. No other furniture available though.

We're only asking for $200 a month plus about $75 for utilities. That would cover, besides the basics, cable and high-speed internet.

When would you need to move in?
Any additional questions just let me know.

IMPORTANT POST EDIT!!! I'm sorry I can't edit this within the original post, but after looking around I have simply assumed they're not editable.

THE ROOM IS NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, YET THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE'VE FOUND A ROOMMATE.

The person currently living there has had to postpone his departure till the 25th and if you're interested you're still welcome to drop by and see it.

The Perfect Colombian Vacation Finally after four agonizing years I'm taking some time off and coming back to Colombia, I can't wait! I am taking a friend who has never been, and I want to show him what I'm talking about when I say Colombia is the world's best kept secret. I have three weeks to spend and was thinking about starting in Bogota then going to Medellin, Bucaramanga, Cartagena and Barranquilla. I dont know if this is the best idea, but I think it would give a great overall impression to him, and it would also give us a chance to visit some of the more colonial towns like San Gil and Tunja. I want to balance out the partying with some outdoor activities, since it would be a crime not to go experience the natural beauty that is so prevelant outside the main cities. So if anybody could give me any suggestions or a rough idea of an itinerary I would really appreciate it. I was also planning on using the bus to get from one city to the next, but I hear that Avianca has reasonably priced flights, any thoughts on that? Thanks everyone!

can't beat this guys!! hey guys, I'm the other roommate in the apartment. I've been living here for a year and a half. I love it. I work at a school during the week and it's around all the transportation. and right next to all the fun if you want to go out, yet if you want to just be at home too on the weekends, it's not loud enough where you can't sleep. jajaja My roommate and I are looking for another responsible person like us who can be a good roommate!

This apartment is huge compared to the others. The room we are renting is big, could fit a king size ben in there, nice closet. We have the place furnished, with washer, fridge, we have phone, cable, internet.

If you guys are really interested. Let us know and you can come see the place this week. I'm on vacation from school so I can help out also. The room will go to the first person we like and likes the place also. So please send me a message too if you like megs622 at hotmail.com :) thanks!
