Room in Medellin

Hey everybody,

I have a very nice appartment in Envigado, close to the Exito and the metro. I am looking for one or two people to rent out one or two of the rooms. It is a big 4 room appartment (150m2) on the 5th (highest) floor with a huge terrace and a nice view over the mountains.The appartment is fully furnished with high speed Wifi internet (700/256), washing machine, TV etc. and in a secured building.

Envigado is close to Poblado (6-7 minutes by metro or taxi) and a very nice barrio. Price is 650.000 per months for a room with its own door to the terrace and 600 for the other including all servicios. Both of them have their private shower/toilet. If you don't need internet we can negociate a lower price.

Short term apartment rental I have a huge modern 3 bedroom apartment available for short term rental. The price is $600.00 for one week. Price is negotiable for 2 or more weeks. It is completely furnished and contains all brand new appliances. You need only to buy groceries. The apartment is located on the hillside next to a exclusive country club in Poblado and has spectacular views of the city. A very quiet area away from the city noise. Maid service is available. I can email a short video to anyone who is interested.

Bed & Breakfast MEDELLIN Hello: We have a Bed & Breakfast home here in Laurales area of Medellin. It is on the 3rd floor of our family-owned building, in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are extremely nice. The home is one block from the bus route, about a 10 minute walk from Exito store, and close to the metro station.

The bedrooms are complete furnished, with a private bathroom in each room. One room is double-sized, and has a TV. The other is a single bed. Both have English books to read, both have a radio, and both have limited use of the Internet computer.

Rent for either bedroom is US$300.00 per month (single). Local phone service is Free. Laundry service is available. Breakfast is ALWAYS Free.
