room in apartment in medellin

confused about what youre saying are you renting a room in your pad, and the price is about 300.000 a month? Or are you saying how much you rented it for. I had someone ask me if they could rent a room for the 6 to 8 weeks they´d be in Medellin, if you´re interested in offering it for such a short time, i´d shoot them an email to contact you.

By the way, thanks for reaffirming what i have been posting that Estadio is a fine area. I´m a few blocks behind obelisco myself closer to the floresta stop on the metro.

For those interested in nice areas without the poblado price tag, nice areas like Estadio that are lesser known are: Belen La Palma, Floresta & Santa Monica. Big houses, strata 5, many vigilantes just like estadio. Actually, Belen La Palma had a great article about the barrio in El Colombiano last week.
