In Medellin you can have Cable TV and Internet in the same contract by UNE/EPM (empresa publica). Triple play goes from something like 70k per month.
The channel that you receive are more or less the same as Direct TV and you won't need to install an antenna nor a receiver/decoder, one for each TV.

The apartment is 128m2, with 3 rooms on the 8th floor. I want to rent out one of the rooms which has its own private bathroom (seperate).

The building is quite small (only 11 floors) so its very peaceful, though doesnt come with a swimming pool, suana, etc. It is located 5 minutes above Oviedo (the same street as Blockbuster video).

Basically, i've just moved in and bought a firdge/freezer, washing machine and table for the balcony. I should have WIFI very soon. As soon as I get a tentent I will buy a sofa.

Really, i'm looking for a long-term tentent and somebody that has a life... certainly not someone that wants to snort cocaine all day long or invite mala chicas over to steal all my stuff.
